ETA: clarity - the claim is that a Trump IRS appointee interfered with an audit of Trump and/or Pence.

Yes. I differ with Q on this for sure. I was once part of a 250 million dollar class action settlement. My take - .90, yep, 90 cents.

The tobacco class action, money that went poof.

Not a real way to affect much (no lawsuit is), but it does bring attention at some level and in the case of DarpaBook, can reduce their value etc.

What is interesting to me is Gabbard's effort and Nunes' effort is suing the enemedia.
