I have no idea if this would be connected or not, but I have thought about it a lot through the years.
I got put into a very "elite prep school" in Boca way back when and managed to get kick out pretty much all 3 years I attended. Not that they caught me doing anything wrong, but because I always ran away from home much to my parents chagrin.
Anyhow I got sent away to a all girls boarding school in VA. One day 14 of us were called together to take a test. We were told we would get extra credits and other bs things for taking it. Now I dont know how that turned out for the others because I did manage to get myself kicked out again, but apparently I passed this test. I know this because they were calling my parents trying to get them to send me to another school somewhere in VA. Seems I had a knack for something that got them very excited to have me. The bonus for my parents was that it would be free tuition. They just had to pay for my boarding.

Now I have no idea what I had a knack for, but I do know I didnt like the sounds of any of it and yep, I ran away again and have basically been gone since then.

Curiously later down the road I took the test to join the Navy. They wanted me to be a spook. I asked what does a spook do? Said things like decoding etc etc. I found that funny I tested well for that considering I could barely do the jumble in the daily paper. They offered me 35000 to start and it would also be bonus pay to stay and reenlist when it got to that point. This was in 78 so 35000 was a lot for that time frame. It all made me very uncomfortable and needless to say I passed on going, but I have often wondered if somehow that was all connected through the "testing."
IT would be easy to recruit through boarding schools. Its usually spoiled rich kids that the parents drop off and leave. Seems like a good "hunting" ground. Nobody would suspect "Test" either.

The whole "resistance" crew has been much, MUCH quieter lately. Especially after Bobby Mueller's ballyhooed POTUS-hunt ended in overwhelming irrelevance. They know they've shot their bolt and nervously await the Administration's counter-battery fire.

I agree with the notion brought up in these forums that the one-word EVERGREEN texts are signaling distress. And which color clashes with (ever)green? Orange.

Not an official government statement, just some French media opinions:

European media ... is a piece of work. Most of it functions as mouthpieces for the government. When they criticize or raise an alarm, it is almost always directed at governments or politicians of countries outside of their own. "Look there, not here."

Speech is also policed in certain EU countries -- there are laws against slander and libel of government officials that are enforced to the benefit of the wealthy and the powerful. Such countries are technically "democracies" because the people vote in elections, but personal freedoms are strongly bounded.

These aspects of day-to-day political function in the EU are not well known outside of the continent, and the American MSM has zero interest in shining a lamp of inquiry onto them.

Nice system for the "elites". Methinks the Dems want to set up something similar in the USA, but something's Q'ing with their plans.

Nonetheless it has given further clues on decoding... for example:
