Sadly I still think that Biden will get pushed to have Michelle Obama as VP, then get offed during his first year in office. Biden is just a placeholder and as soon as he comes to terms with that, he might flip.

Going back to the Moon for manned missions will be good practice for eventually going to Mars. Also, it will allow them to set up an outpost that serves as the first stop on the journey to Mars. Its actually a really good idea, IMO. No one currently at NASA has any experience sending men to the Moon. Supposedly we lost all the old technology that was used, so they have to start completely from scratch.

We are already on the moon, IMO. How to disclose that is the problem.

Guyfriday, it will be "interesting" to see what the endgame is. Unless the DNC has become wholly incompetent, it is hard to believe the Dems think they have a chance of winning anything with the candidates currently apparent.

It appears great minds are working together tonight. When I posted that question I was still 4 pages back caching up! Now I see others are beginning to think the same thing.

I just thought there was some legality that one had to meet a certain criteria from the beginning to be on the ballot. And, when would she just pop up or the nomination. What does that to do say Warren if she was the front runner at the time? Does she just lay down and take the hit?

onehuman, I can't give an authoritative legal opinion, but my guess is the only thing that would violated, were HRC to suddenly become the candidate, are DNC / party procedures. Some Dem voters and delegates would be hot, no doubt. But I don't think anything becomes "legal" until someone is declared the official candidate the party is running for a given office.

ThoughtCo states this, which indicates a lot flexibility:

Primary and caucus rules and methods of convention delegate allocation differ from state-to-state and can be changed by party leadership.

In your example, Warren would be angry -- but would she bow out as Bernie did last time? My guess is she would, and HRC would just roll the scandal of it all off her back like she did with Bernie.

This POTUS tweet DECODE gives us a clue:

The railroading of Bernie was one thing in 2016 but if they Scooby Doo the entire Dem field for Hillary in 2020 it will be fabulous.

The TDS may be making the DNC think that keeping her In the locker room until the 9th inning;

- minimal gaffe/health exposure.
- paint her as a “savior” versus disgruntled 2016 loser.
- explains the field of no hope Dems we see now.
- explains why the field has the green light to say whatever they want, no matter how insane.
- the field makes Hillary look more balanced; imagine that.
- debates would be against only Trump and not the bloodbath Dem primaries.

TDS is an aggressive affliction but I find it difficult the DNC will jump the shark with Hillary. It would be priceless. “Lock Her Up” would start showing up on red hats, lol.

As much as I’d love to see that goat rodeo, I think the DNC mailed it in for 2020 and will focus on a Trumpless 2024.

So as Silent points out above, Q88 and the line about SA first, US second, Asia and then the EU. With Prsident Trump deploying Military help to SA now, does this signify the storm starts there first?

Could the bombing of the oil facility in SA be the reason needed to justify sending our troops to start the storm there first? Oil is not the issue but optics are important. This plus the red carpet video from the White House Twitter.

Onehuman, certainly possible. Bringing her out as a "rescuer" for the DNC may be the only viable strategy they see to make her acceptable to Democratic voters. The rationale can already be imagined: "Yeah, Hillary wasn't my first choice but did you see what bunch of losers the others were?"

Maybe this would be a tactic to protect her from prosecution. If she is the candidate, any action against her would appear to be partisan. This possibility argues for charges before her announced candidacy.
