United States Files Civil Lawsuit Against Edward Snowden

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The United States today filed a lawsuit against Edward Snowden, a former employee of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and contractor for the National Security Agency (NSA), who published a book entitled Permanent Record in violation of the non-disclosure agreements he signed with both CIA and NSA.

The lawsuit alleges that Snowden published his book without submitting it to the agencies for pre-publication review, in violation of his express obligations under the agreements he signed. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Snowden has given public speeches on intelligence-related matters, also in violation of his non-disclosure agreements.

What is fascinating is I don't recall all the headlines at the time saying "CIA agent Snowden Hacks NSA and flees the country instead of going back to The Farm".

End of cycle is nearing but will happen when it happens, be prepared, is what i felt into and got, sorta exciting, dash of hope on top.

Information is worth more than money to those who are rich enough to not care about making more.

The Private Investigative firm I used to work for had a strict policy of not working for individuals to look into other individuals, because the senior partners had done so early on in their work, and it ended up in a massive mess. Anyone who has a net worth north of a million has a lawyer on retainer, and as they get towards 100 million they tend to have a private investigator on retainer.

The problem with this is that "intelligence" of this sort is far less accurate, and often amounts to making reports on rumors and could be ill founded in the first place. This is why intelligence reports are not admissible in court.
