He has been emphasizing timing and strategy today.

At least twice during the rally speech tonight, President Trump stopped himself from saying something. He said he didn't want to talk about it too early. I think Cates is probably spot on. We are going to hear revelation after revelation during the 2020 campaign. Timing is everything.
