Qing Quentin Huang was arrested in December of 2013 and accused of plotting to send classified information on Canada's shipbuilding strategy and marine sovereignty to the Chinese.

Chinese espionage via Canada has likely been going on for a very long time.

That first post sure seemed like it could be linked to the info that 'johnheretohelp' gave about US intel selling info to other countries . As i recall a specific instance of Russia was involved.
