Yeah, I have wondered how declase and FISA report would effect the case as well. No mater what happens in court the evidence would be out... but who reads it and how will it be reported?

As for suing, I would prefer he serve in the next term and suing the gov could prevent that.

I didn't say that General Flynn would sue the government. I said the NEW Trump/MAGA government would pay Flynn $10 million, to say "We're sorry for what Obama's corrupt Administration did to you!". Call it reparations, if you will.

Worth repeating: FISA = Supreme Court and Roberts.

Q stated Supreme Court and the BK fight was brutal. Senate Q says. FISA brings down Roberts early we can see both why The Plan and why the slow roll out.
