Hmm for 2 years Obama owned Congress...what happened there...seems there are a lot of rich liberals that want to keep their money too. BTW if you taxed every American 100% that make over 1 million per year it comes to 650 billion... I think many see the term "tax the rich more" as some fix and it isn't and doesn't bring in anywhere close to the money they think it would.

I've been homeless if the counts.

Some mental illness are a direct product of homelessness and the drug use that surrounds such.

We send our children off to war to shoot people we don't even know for the bankers all the time.

Then when they come home from war rather a few of the poor sods, sometimes missing limbs, and with PTSD, get to become homeless people with the associated mental health issues ta boot, whats ""rational"" about that?

Could this be another reason Trump brought back the death penalty? I mean lets face it, there are killers in the system being fed, given clothing and a warm bed and a college degree on the tax payer dime who shouldn't be. Being told if they rob, rape and steal they'll be taken care of for life.

Not a fan of trump or the majority of his policies but this I can agree with. So many people have been abandoned because of lack of mental health care, this one is a no brainer.

And no, I wouldn't go round up the homeless and give them jobs. They would have to come to me and prove they can work hard, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, and be dependable. If they met those requirements, I would start them at a job paying $10.00 an hour. After 90 days, I'd raise them up $2 more dollars an hour and then $1 more every year. Just hired a guy who came here from Rwanda, Africa and an 18 year old kid who just started college and has never had a real job before, along with a retired Vietnam vet who can't stand sitting around. I'm all for giving chances.
