Everything is a diagnosis, everything is a disorder. Because there is no definition of healthy or normal.
Psychology is the new religion to surpress the masses. Back in the day everybody outside the box was a sinner, nowadays everybody is mentally ill.

As an introvert, no, you can't just go do those things. Even if I do go and do those things, I still don't fit with the people. I'm not comfortable with them, and I don't belong.

I'm alone then in the group and it feels worse because it calls real attention to what I was trying to find by coming in the first place.

So I stay away and read books or something. The characters are better company.

Cool know your limits but
Push your boundaries if they cause you an issue or don’t complain
Do nothing fine or if you don’t like it, do something

If you are not complaining my advice is not relevant

Lonely, explore, learn, grow
Don’t see any issues, start small and expand

Agree, start small, but don’t not start
Don’t give up, re-evaluate, reload, go slowly, just start

Is there any need to 'fit in'?

Why not go as an observer?

What are you hoping to find?

If the object to joining these groups is to reduce your loneliness, then you are partially going to gain companionship, but even surrounded by people, you can feel alone. In fact, I can feel more alone when surrounded by people, especially those with whom I should theoretically have something in common.

I'm happy to be walking with you KKLOCO.

Cheers Mate!

I see from another thread that you live in AZ. Well low and behold, so do I, bro.

Maybe we should hang out. I’m a big fan of The Doors. 🍻

A while back, I actually thought about suggesting a meetup for AZ members. Maybe we should do that.

yeah man, we should grab a beer sometime. I've always been a Doors fan going back...kinda dark but always loved his stuff though they are more from my parents generation.

That’s funny, I assumed you were from my parents generation, by your name. I grew up listening to The Doors via my father. I’m 39 years old. Jim died years before I was born.

What part of AZ you live in?

I love me some beer! IPA man myself.

Maybe we should take this to PM?
