Obviously they are looking for evidence, its only a question of why they are doing it. To further protect someone, someones?

I've thought long and hard about who has the most to lose if the whole truth comes out... and who has the most to gain if the whole truth disappears (just like Epstein). And it always comes back to the ones who aided and abetted and protected Epstein. The Feds.

We know bad people do bad things. We know the rest of us need to be protected from those bad people. That's why we have laws and law enforcement. We don't expect and cannot accept that those laws and law enforcement are used to help and protect the bad people doing bad things.

We know Epstein was an 'intelligence asset' from the previous prosecutor. No one seems to know where Epstein got his wealth.

Now we have Byrne saying he knows the effort to entrap Trump was also targeted against HRC, Rubio and others.

If Epstein's role was as described above, he was just another tool in the deep state tool belt.

If what you are saying is that this deep state is run by the Chinese, I haven't gotten that far, but certainly think that plausible. I'm just commenting on the aspects of what starts to look like a full blown deep state apparatus to control everything in our government, regardless of who occupies the WH.

So in other words, as I posted in another thread: The assertion is that a Shadow Government really does run everything and that the elected leadership is all for show. Wouldn't have mattered if HRC won. If she stepped out of line, the entire Russian collusion thing could have been about her to bring her down!!!

Epstein was just another arrow in the quiver....and his 'activities' were sanctioned by this deep state.

If all of that is true, this really would be the biggest conspiracy in US history!

It was not till after Epstein died that the FBI was informed that Epstein was downloading movies from the island.

You can delete electronic evidence , rape people, murder people, rig elections, but don't even think about downloading a movie for free. The FBI don't f with that.

Where's Ghislaine? Could they be searching the island for her? I think it's safe to assume that Ghislaine had access to the island and it's buildings independent of Epstein.

Ghislaine Maxwell also has a sub license and a submersible. Even if the island was under constant surveillance since Epstein's arrest (and I presume it was), or even before his arrest, could she have gotten in and out without being detected? Or perhaps detected, but not detained?

Could they have reason to believe that Ghislaine brought something to the island? Left something on the island? Hid something on the island? Or under or around the island?

Just spitballing here...

Very true... They were raiding Paddock's home within hours, along with shooters like the guy in El Paso, the Garlic Festival, and Dayton. High profile cases like this always have time to clean up. It's a crock of #.

This story gets stranger and stranger. Nobody knows anything. How did he make his money. How did he teach college with no degree. These are basic questions that have been lingering for years.

I believe you can determine disturbances through difference in soil compaction? Either way the point i was getting at it it would seem they should have some info as to go that route immediately.

You dont just show up with divers ready to explore underwater as part of an initial investigation.

You would think they would have raiided everything the first time he was arrested and they wouldnt let a criminal go because they couldn't prove they had an intent to break the law, but that's our FBI.

Wasn't Epstein's arrest last month a New York City/SDNY indictment?

If so, I don't think the FBI/DOJ was involved at that point. Hence, no offshore or out-of-state raids.

If the Daily Beast report is true, then Acosta backed off the first Epstein investigation because he was told to and that Epstein was an intelligence asset.

Everyone who knows Epstein has basically told the same story. They were all introduced to him through intermediaries who insist they should meet the guy.

Basically would mean the Federal govt proper or by proxy of some faction of the intelligence community had no problem enabling trafficking as long as it kept providing them with intelligence (leverage against influential people or those in power).

How far would they go to bury that fact? Anybody really think a group of such a mind would have any moral qualms about killing Epstein or scores of others to bury that story? Between this sort of thing and the NSA hoovering up all electronic data, wouldn't the intelligence apparatus have the ability to leverage almost every individual in politics and media? Are any of the talking heads uttering their own words anymore, or is it all scripted?

This was exactly my fear about the NSA data collection -- not that I have anything interesting to them, but every politician, every judge, every seat of authority would be vulnerable to abuse/blackmail.

True? I don't know. The fact it's even plausible to me today is stomach-churning.
