Well the initial report also said found him unresponsive which is an odd choice of words. If you or I found a man who hung himself you'd say you found him hanging correct?

Yup. Because that would be exactly what we saw first, and everything would follow and be dependent on that fact... that first and obvious fact. That's not something we can un-see. At the very least, we would think -- and therefore verbalize -- that he hung himself and was unresponsive when found.
