A Game ATS You Have 6 Questions to Find the Spot

Hello ATS I am UpForGrabs.

Wanna play a game? If I may?

I have selected a city somewhere in the world and ATS as a whole gets to ask 6 questions which I need to be able to answer with yes or no, basically.

I think it is possible if you ask the right questions and use the Force. Before you start shooting off questions, I would suggest you first discuss with each other what the best approach would be. Then pick a spokesperson and let him/her/himher direct the question at me.

Remember I want to see some consensus before I start answering questions.

What is the average flight speed of an unladen swallow?

What colors are in the countries flag?

Is it Canada?

If its not Canada, is it France?

Not really. With 6 good questions it would be more of a deduction. This game requires some intellect.

I will start counting and answering questions when a consensus is reached on them.

We need questions that narrow the field

Maybe the first 2 should be

Is it in the northern hemisphere?
Is it in the West on a world map?

These 2 questions narrow the field by 75%

Is it Baltimore? No, wait, Chicago??

I suppose if we started with started with

"is it northern hemisphere Y/N ?"

then next "is it eastern hemisphere? Y/N "

we would have ruled out 75% of the planet and still have 4 questions left,

I would think once we knew what geographic quadrant we were dealing with we would pause, regroup, and figure out the most effective next question to present,

i predict " it cannot be done " - at least not with 6 question - from cold

cities = too broad a start base - heck even " national capitals " = over 170

yes i do realise that the answer to each question - determines the next Q

Is it in the Northern Hemisphere?

What language is native to the spot?

What's the population of the spot?
