Any shooting at a single location where 3 or more are shot dead = mass shooting. It might be four but that is the federal definition.

Don't know how this ties to whatever Dilley was spreading around. Granted any law/civil service around such an event goes to high alert... SOP.

idk..it seemed like he was listening to the scanner like a lot of ppl were doing and reporting. Spreading disinfo (my definition) would be purposefully lying with the intent of causing harm. He seemed to be doing the opposite. And now he's being tied to Qanon
