JE could've given his POA to one of his lawyers or business manager to make out and sign the will.

Could be, but the Affidavit and Notary Public section, page 11, seems to indicate Epstein was present at that time.
I still think it raises questions why JE would have this will drawn up and sign it just 2 days before his "suicide".
Doesn't add up...unless he was pressured into it and/or knew what what was coming...

You sure spend a lot of time here for someone that is active in their community.
But sure. If you say so why not?
But you know just as well as I do that most people on these threads are not active.
What actions did you take that got epstien arrested?
What real actions have you taken to take down any ds players?
My point is that you haven't. None of you have. q hasn't.
But you could. Yet you waste your time giving energy to others. Like q who is afraid to even show his face.
All those decodes and numbers you "uncovered" What real harm has any of that done to the bad people?
Really rel. Give me some real evidence that anything you have personally uncovered on these threads has been used to hurt the ds.

I wonder if this serves, in effect, to launder the money so that it can not be confiscated?
It is now legally owned by a person not established to have been involved in the crimes.
Nah, they can still seize his assets. I would say that the recent Supreme Court ruling on civil asset forfeiture might stop them in their tracks, but the EO signed by POTUS earlier in his term totally supersedes ordinary civil asset forfeiture.
They’re probably just waiting to seize the fortune so that they can follow the paper trail to see who’s hands it ultimately ends up in.
Well, after the first unsuccessful attack in jail, he began to worry there may be a successful second attack...and decided he should make a will.

I would bet that this was actually a CHANGE in his will...a new will that would nullify his previous will.
THAT previous will would've probably included Ghislaine Maxwell...and others whom he no longer trusts or, perhaps, would want to implicate.

Epstein wasn't convicted. I don't believe they can seize it now, or am I wrong?

You obviously haven't read the parts of the thread covering Qwiki and the 2 members who went dark just before it was due to go live!
Shout out to JanAmosComenius and Tigertatzen - miss ya both!
The issue at hand is not Barr’s “legal mind”, but the ruthless mind that he wielded with frightening authority and expertise as George H. W. Bush’s treasonous hatchet man in the Justice Department. William Barr distorted and corrupted the law, as grossly as anyone in modern history.
Why is William Barr—the antithesis of a “patriot” and the swampiest of swamp monsters— now being inserted into the middle of what is supposed to be a “white hat” anti-corruption operation? The move is baffling. Why did Trump make the pick—the sole pick—so immediately, seemingly without thorough vetting? Who recommended Barr for the job? The “white hats”, or the “black hats” that have never stopped planting assassins into Trump’s inner circle? Is it significant or coincidental that the Barr pick came shortly after the death of George H.W. Bush?
