cranky, this technique could also be used in decoding Q posts by overlaying a flipped (horizontally AND vertically) copy of a post on the original and picking out the matching letters or an image.

It also reminds me of the work done on transferring Q posts into chess pieces by mirroring.

Would the F_I need some form of special agreement with the government where the island is at? The place may belong to a US citizen, but it's still foreign soil. How does this work?

Also, what is NYPD doing there? Is there something specific with the investigation that would tie them in with the F_I?

Q mentioned Iron Eagle a few times, among other movies, so I decided to watch it. First time I've seen it in yeeears.

The very first thing I've noticed is the main story line of a boy's (general citizen) father (military) is held HOSTAGE by a foreign country. The Air Force is unwilling to fix the problem by attempting a rescue. So, with the help of a mentor the citizen is taught to due what the establishment won't and fight the fight himself to rescue his father.

A sub plot is the tendency of various military personnel who do not agree with AF policy to work behind the scenes to train the kid to fight on his own.

Sounds like what's going on here with what Q has been alluding to.
