Q233 makes more sense when combined with Q3551 and 3549.

It looks like Q may have been giving Codemonkeyinstructions on how to hardcode the Q tripcode - or remove the need for one?
For example if 8chan traffic was routed through a Q server at some point in the internet packet transmission, then all Q has to do is amend the traffic as it passes through, adding additional "Q packets = drops".

The lines below from Q3549 may give clues on how things will work:
