Bernie makes huge blunder on paying his workers.

It was a good thing letting them unionize but it turns out Bernie had his field workers working 60 hours a week which makes them earn less than 15 dollars an hour and they were doing that for months!

Bernie, you can’t be half pregnant. If you are going to advocate for fair wages and fair work hours and let them unionize YOU HAVE TO GO ALL THEY WAY….YOU HAVE TO FIRST DO IT YOURSELF!!!!! Or you look like the biggest hypocrite on the planet

Even if he does because of the pressure, could he be trusted? It would clearly be done for political reasons to get elected and not because he thought it was right.

The OP is spot on, this is a huge and serious blunder for the Sanders campaign.

As the opposition, this is glorious as it is all optics.

Because that is not a raise. They are fulltime employees, how would they not be eligible for healthcare?

As we've said all along. Socialist politicians want you to pay your fair share, hand out livable wages and costly benefits, and not expect them to do the same. Anything Bernie does now is political appeasement after this came out, because if he truly believed, or wasn't greedy, this would be a non-issue as they'd already be paid what he preaches.

So bernie not only didn't give them 15 minimum wage but he also didnt give them free healthcare. I guess his employees will also have to pay for their education?

Bernie showed himself for the POS he was when he endorsed hillary as she was everything he was supposedly fighting against . He needs to go to his lake home and stfu.

Don't like Bernie but this is ridiculous. Volunteering is a part of working for every campaign so strike up any difference as a contribution to the campaign.

How is it that in the richest country in the history of the world, we can't afford to pay everyone a living wage? Until we raise the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, I'm going to keep asking.
