I believe it substantiates his claims. So does the video footage.

I don't see this (bone scanner) as substantiating his claims at all. On this one particular point it may well prove he worked there (or at the very least, just for devils advocate sake, had knowledge that they used this security system).

But it doesn't prove any of the aspects around 115 and it being potentially "weaponized".

For the "video footage" are you ref to his home video cam recording of the object at S4 back in '89?

If so, i've had some issues with that footage in that the versions i've seen the object does nothing but hover in the sky, despite Bob stating in his JRE interview that the objects were performing "radical maneuvers". Why did he (or his group/whoever was filming) not get footage of that? That seemed to be one of the main reasons for going with his friends to S4 on those evenings (Bob knew the schedule, UFO's would be up on 'maneuvers', they could do radical things).
If he did get footage of these "radical maneuvers" where is it, because i can't find it. Only the following where it doesn't move:
