Fantasy is my bread and butter, as an aspiring author lmao. I could write for days on how I think magic and fantasy are sorely needed in this world. You are right, escaping into thesethings and ONLY escaping is bad. Very much so. But at that point it's not enabling as the responsibility to do other things lies with them

On a serious note, if you like fantasy you should read R.A. Salvatore's The Legend of Drizzt series. You won't be sorry.

WOW, I just got in here and see there has been drama. I am going to catch up now and am not at all happy that the Shed has been through some crap!

It wasn’t as bad as it looks Night.. and sometimes members just need to get things off their chest.
I often get confused with the moderating here as to why some things are ok and some are not , but I swear I’m trying to pay better attention and learn what exactly is an off topic post.

Moderator says this is a light fantasy thread to share jokes, art.. etc.. I need to keep that in mind.

Likewise. Just woke up a little while, coffee, smoke, logged into the shed and 'wha?' I've never seen this in the shed.

Whatever the cause of the mischief (deleted posts) I'm glad a mod came in before it escalated. Shouldn't be a need for that.
