The Wire was one of The BEST tv shows ever. I have all seasons. My opinion of course.

Seem to recall the show was cancelled right after Obama entered office.

A great HBO series “The Wire” was based out of Baltimore showing different views from media, politics, police, port authority(trafficking), drug/poverty life etc. Season 2 focused on the port of Baltimore and trafficking etc. More is going on here than just another Dem city run into the ground?

Maybe there is a good apple or two in there, but how would you know who to trust? They are spies after all.
On top of that, they're a nest of snakes and thieves.

In the end, we NEED them to be that way. It’s the world they operate in. It simply can’t be weaponized by a political party for political purposes against US targets. No agency should.
