The report states that the 50-mile radius surrounding BWI is becoming known as the third-most lucrative area in the state for trafficking.

The victims of human sex traffickers are mostly female and range from ages 14 to 16. Children in foster care or constant runaways are the most vulnerable, Heid said. “Also, kids with self-esteem issues are most vulnerable as well.”

A great HBO series “The Wire” was based out of Baltimore showing different views from media, politics, police, port authority(trafficking), drug/poverty life etc. Season 2 focused on the port of Baltimore and trafficking etc. More is going on here than just another Dem city run into the ground?

Some info on E. Cummings. From what I've read, it sounds like he was nearly bankrupt before he married Maya Rockeymoore. She's the one who's politically connected. Seems like they're trying to emulate Clinton's pay to play scheme through her charity. I haven't found any telltale trafficking connections, yet but I'm sure they're there.
