Turns out that the American University of Malta isn't American at all:

The company behind the project is from Jordan, not the United States. Russia did interfere with the 2016 elections, but not with Trump or in any way that really swayed the election in anyone's favor. They had ads and pages on Facebook and other social media I believe. So, technically, Pompeo is telling the truth.

If you look at the Epstein dome from above it also resembles a solar wheel, like a Dharmachakra or the 24 spoked Ashoka Chakra.
