Formalin fixed paraffin embedded blocks of cervical cancer were obtained from 44 Syrian patients with an average age of 57.25 years. Paraffin-embedded cervical tumor tissues were obtained from the Department of Pathology, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Aleppo, Syria. The specimens and data used in this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of Aleppo University, Syria.
At the beginning of the 16th century exiles from Spain started to arrive in Aleppo, among them outstanding rabbis. While his main research field is pre-Modern Russia, he also read Ottoman History and audited Oleg Grabarʼs courses on Islamic art at Harvard. In the last two decades, much of Prof. Waughʼs attention has been devoted to the historic silk roads across Asia, concerning which he edits a substantial annual volume for the Silkroad Foundation. His photographs include many taken in the Middle East in 2010 supported by an Emeritus Fellowship from the Mellon Foundation.

It was built in 1491 by the Emir of Aleppo Saif ad-Din Yalbugha al-Naseri.[1] It is located next to the entrance of the Citadel of Aleppo, on the banks of the Quweiq river.[2]
The hammam Yalbugha was almost totally destroyed during the Syrian war.
