No, I guess I never noticed. I overlooked it because I was focused on NXIVM, Standard Hotel, Epstein Island, stuff like that...but yea, I had a total facepalm moment because it all makes sense. They control trade, they control the seas, they control the shipping companies and the ports. And they control agencies like CPS (Children Protective Services). Which I found out is not a federal agency, it's a private organization contracted by the federal government and paid for through grants ( which are siphoned off of social security).

They control everything which gives them leverage to hide in plain sight. Two of the Clinton Foundation's favorite projects -- children and providing aid.

I didn't know those containers can be used as diplomatic pouches, I'll look into that, thanks
