In an order of forfeiture, the Eastern District of New York said that the US is “entitled to forfeiture of all property that constitutes or is derived from the Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s narcotics-related crimes; any property that facilitated the commission of those crimes; and the defendant’s interest in, claims against, and property or contractual rights affording a source of control over, the continuing criminal enterprise.”

So Epstein was arrested getting off his jet on the way back from Paris in NYC.

So Trump's speech about the army taking the airports that all the MSM made fun of?

The Dailybeast reported this case is being handled by the Public Corruption Unit of the Southern District of New York.

Public Corruption Unit:

The Public Corruption Unit works, in close partnership with the FBI and other federal, state and city investigative agencies to maintain and protect the integrity of all levels of government. The unit oversees the investigation and prosecution of corruption crimes committed by elected and appointed officials, government employees, and individuals and companies doing business with the city, state, and federal government. Corruption crimes investigated by the unit include bribery, embezzlement, and frauds committed against local, state, and federal government agencies.

This tells me the new indictment to be unsealed Monday goes way beyond underage girls but also involving public officials. Also, there are no statute of limitations on sexual crimes w/a minor in New York any more.
No escape, Airports secured. This could be just the beginning.

Update from the White House - In summary, the liberal Seattle Federal Judge (Marsha Pechman) who says DHS can no longer hold migrants awaiting their court date, is an AZZHOLE. Her order is further stressing the system, and increasing border-related crimes.

WHITE HOUSE – Yesterday, a single, unelected district judge in Seattle issued an injunction that prevents the government from ensuring the detention of those aliens who cross the border unlawfully until the completion of their immigration court proceedings.

The decision ignores an express statutory prohibition on granting class-wide injunctive relief against enforcement of the immigration laws and also holds unconstitutional a statute passed by bipartisan majorities in Congress during the Clinton administration that specifically prohibits the release of certain immigrants on bond.

The district court’s injunction is at war with the rule of law. The decision only incentivizes smugglers and traffickers, which will lead to the further overwhelming of our immigration system by illegal aliens.

No single district judge has legitimate authority to impose his or her open borders views on the country. We must restore our democracy and ensure Americans have the voice to which they are entitled under our Constitution.

The previously scheduled mass roundups and deportations of migrants who have broken federal law, begins within the next 48 hours, since Congress did not take advantage of the 2 week window for negotiation.

Just as a fair warning about Epstein. On the chans this morning there was someone dumping information. He said he was only doing it because he was sick and tired of certain agencies not taking action on 96 Gb of information he dumped on their desks. This person was dumping information that was gained by using a "killchain", solely because there was no action being taken.

Then later Epstein gets arrested? Seems a bit fishy to me, and as if it is a "look we are taking action" to prevent a deluge of research information.

For those of you who don't know what mentioning a "killchain" entails, it implies that a person actually knows what they are doing, are going about it in a systematic fashion, are collecting and properly connecting information specifically to be actionable. I have only heard of people talking about having a killchain who were former military or government intelligence officers. This means that some joe talking about it online among a dump of information is trying to make it very clear what their intentions are to government intelligence. The fact that Epstein was arrested the same day someone was dropping information and mentioned this makes me think there is going to be a lot covering being done to prevent exposure.

I sure hope Q and his associates let all of that information out, or at least act on it in a way that the public will know that it was acted upon.

Is the Southern District of New York a court system, or a police district...or both? I hear it referenced all the time by the MSM, in connection with police and prosecutors and judges.

Southern District aka 'The Mother Court' is one of the most influential and active federal district courts in the US, largely because its jurisdiction includes 2 boroughs of New York City.
SDNY has a reputation of superior prosecutorial firepower. They can follow the trail wherever it leads.
Unlike Mueller, the southern district is not constrained in what it might investigate by a narrow authorization, and unlike Mueller, the southern district does not report, on most matters, directly to the attorney general.

They are quite independent and the NYC FBI field office is in same building.
SDNY has around 150 lawyers and some were James Comey and Louis Freeh, attorney general Michael Mukasey, and Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

Court to unseal up to 2,000 pages of Jeffrey Epstein-related documents

A New York federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered the unsealing of up to 2,000 pages of judicial documents that are expected to show evidence relating to whether New York financier Jeffrey Epstein and his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, were recruiting underage girls and young women as part of an international sex trafficking operation.

The court, in a 2-1 decision, said the portion of the case involving summary judgment materials (167 documents, 2,000 pages) should be unsealed forthwith, except for minor redactions. The balance of the case history — involving perhaps thousands of additional pages — will be reviewed by the lower court. In her dissent, Judge Rosemary Pooler concurred with unsealing the documents, but disagreed with how they should be reviewed.
