The Liberal Democrats would not join a Tory government in the event of a hung parliament, Charles Kennedy says.
Although he and Michael Howard get on well, the Lib Dem leader said, they just "genuinely and sincerely disagree" on issues like Europe.

quite like him as a person, think he's pretty genuine. but disagree immensely with him on many of his policies - think theyre far too naive.
