Do some proper fact checking....That photo did not appear until 1970.
The Telegraph photo is a crop of an existing photo that can be proven to have been taken after 1965 and shows lens flares from the street lights below. The photos on the unicus site are again crops from the same photo or a still of the Channel 4 recreation.
There is a write up here about it.

Not that I'm diss'in Tucker but very few people watch Tucker much less believe anything from his show.
Most espeically from the left consider him an idiot.
He's had many others on his show mostly in heated political sphere that have made some astounding attention grabber commentary.

Disclosure must happen before we start the next war. It might be our last. Thanks to idiots in position, for whom the humanity is just numbers.
The sooner the disclosure happens, the better for all. It has already been delayed for too long. Possibly initially scheduled for the year of 2000.
Should we await Them to show up first? Or do They await us to make the first move? Whatever it is, we have nothing more to lose. Let it begin, for God's sake!

Take a modern smart phone and hand it to anyone in one of the tribes in the remote jungles of the Amazon without a word about what they can do with it. How long do you think it would take for them to understand what it does and what they can do with it, much less how to build a copy? They would have to develop layers upon layers of technology before they would ever reach the capability of doing something like that.
Yes, alien technology can be far more advanced than even my analogy above. We don't know how much we don't know.
