New Opeth Album Info Announced

Not interested in the "but they aren't tr00 kvlt cause no more blast beats" comments that inevitably come with a social mediaforum post about Opeth.. =)

They are still one of my three favorite bands and yesterday they just announced the details on a new release so I'm posting it here since I know we have a few fans on ATS.



BIG NEWS! Opeth are pleased to present you with the title and tracklisting for their awaited 13th observation!
"In Cauda Venenum", is due out this fall on Moderbolaget Records / Nuclear Blast Entertainment.

Recorded last year at Stockholm's Park Studios, In Cauda Venenum will be released in two versions, in both Swedish and English languages. Various physical and digital formats will be available and additional details will be announced in the coming months.

I’m stoked.

My personal favorite album is Pale Communion follows probably by Watershed.

I love the new sound.. it’s pretty rare these days I want to spend too much time listening to music as heavy as early Opeth.

They seem to have changed with me!

New Opeth and also new Tool... and I know thya re is at least 1 more coming soon. Maybe karnivool?
