I wonder what would happen if a lightning bolt hit something and boosted the signal super high for half a minute before shorting things out. Would that super high energy burst short out people's phones, or their brains. Brains are not needed as much as phones these days I guess.

I think it could really work.

5G waves are “ultra high frequency” and “ultra high intensity”, but they are also easily absorbed by objects such as buildings and trees.

Sounds like the waves are pretty easy to block.
