Petition To REMOVE RASHIDA Tlaib For Fake Address and Lies

To clarify some confusion....

U.S. House Reps (Federal) need only to live in the State the District they run for is in.
(The Maxine Waters issue living outside Her District is actually legal. But her home was at one time in her district until they re-drew the district)


Michigan State House Reps is a different story.
(Tlaib may have pulled a fast one in her run for State Office -- aka "Legal binding Manipulation") 😆


Qualifications:
Section 7 of Article 4 of the Michigan Constitution states, "Each senator and representative must be a citizen of the United States, at least 21 years of age, and an elector of the district he represents. The removal of his domicile from the district shall be deemed a vacation of the office. No person who has been convicted of subversion or who has within the preceding 20 years been convicted of a felony involving a breach of public trust shall be eligible for either house of the legislature.

For real. I read the other day that somewhere something like 88% of people living in this country now are either Muslim or illegal aliens. That means ONLY 12% are actual Americans. Tlaib could have moved to that district a while before running there, actually moving, not just saying you live there. But she chose to not comply with the laws governing qualification for the position, we cannot allow people to do that kind of stuff.

She has to be removed from her position. I can't understand why they have not done that already, how come it was let go this long?

We have laws and rules in this country, a person has to follow the laws as long as they are interpreted properly. No twisting the laws to cheat the system. This probably is not a criminal offense, but it disqualifies her from holding her position.

You are correct in everything you said. But the same thing happened in Illinois and nothing was done about it. Obama wanted Rahm Emanuel as mayor of Chicago, and even though Rahm had been on one of Obama's cabinets and lived in Washington, D.C. Obama told the local Chicago judges to "make it work" and put him in office Rahm, even though he didn't meet the residency requirement, was placed into the position of mayor of Chicago. True, he had a residence (a house) in Chicago, but had leased it out to other people. When he tried to get into the house to show that he had a "legal" residence, they wouldn't let him in. I know the law about running for mayor of a community in Illinois because I ran for mayor once. Have you ever noticed that laws that might pertain to politicians have no penalty phase if violated? True. If you're caught not wearing a seatbelt in Illinois, the penalty is spelled out right in the law - a fine of not less than $55. If you violate the conditions of running for mayor in Illinois, there is no penalty phase included in the law. That is the problem. Every law isn't written so that it pertains to every citizen equally.
