Just in timing with new TV series Curfew 2019, California governor Newsom announces random forced blackouts during windy periods, based on bailed out PG&G's recommendation to help deal with downed powerlines allegedly causing wildfires.

And I thought it was Directed Energy Weapons causing those fires! Not wind nor powerlines. [Or per Smoky (the) Bear, cig butts, bottles, chains]

Sounds like cover for DHS/FEMA conducting test cullings via curfew and martial law...

The California governor didn't order any such thing. PG&E announced a possible plan to cut power during high wind events to prevent fires. This didn't have anything to do with the governor announcing blackouts.

A plan by California’s biggest utility to cut power on high-wind days during the onrushing wildfire season could plunge millions of residents into darkness. And most people aren’t ready.

What the governor actually said was:

"I’m worried," Newsom said Thursday during a budget briefing in Sacramento. "We’re all worried about it for the elderly. We’re worried about it because we could see people’s power shut off not for a day or two but potentially a week."
