How did Stormy get around the NDA and spew her gossip all over?

Maybe I'm confused or I missed a part of the story where this was explained years ago, but I want to know how Stormy was able to talk about everything that happened after she signed an NDA. I kind of thought of these as a gag order imposed on one's self in agreement for something in return (or maybe for employment, etc). Even if it had become more lucrative for her to break the NDA, there should be zero chance of her being able to get out of it (unless it wasn't written correctly, IDK about that).

Let's say that she thought she could get $100,000 for the story immediately after the incident. So DT' lawyers offers $230,000 for her to keep her diseased mouth shut and like the stereotypical money grubbing person, she takes the deal. Then comes the election and she is offered $5 million for the story from the DNC and she is like "Hellz yeah, F' that NDA". Well I would think that this would be illegal on so many levels including both civil and criminal statutes being broken. Just because you get a better offer down the road doesn't release you from the previous contract.

This would be like a CIA worker signing an NDA after killing some "nasties" on a mission. Well those nasties Find him and offer him a box of gold. Can he just say "screw the CIA and their NDA, I want the gold?" - Nope, he'd end up in the Supermax in Colorado most likely or Levenworth Kansas

No expert on the matter, but I'd imagine a government/DoD/etc NDA would fall under National Security which would most certainly fall under criminal penalties. A commercial/business/personal NDA would fall under civil penalties at best I would think? I believe NDA's also have a time limit.

As far as Stormy's NDA, that's a good question. Maybe it was only good until Trump became POTUS? I really have no idea but it's a good question. Responding to subscribe.

Maybe the only way her breach of the NDA will result in a penalty will require Trump to file a claim against her. The only reason she is seen a getting away with the breach is because Trump for whatever reason has chosen not to enforce it.

Yes, I believe it would require Trump or his lawyers t
o file a civil suit against her for breach of contract. Although if she was paid to "spill the beans", her lawyer fees are probably already paid for.

The interesting thing, for me anyway, is why hasn't he filed suit.

I'd also like to know why she wasn't arrested for prostitution.
She admitted she traded sex for promises of favors to further her career.

Honestly though, I have no idea how you can break an NDA without penalty.
My guess would be he needs to file suit.

Well, now that the elite and corporations cannot buy off people by having them agree to a NDA, they will have to deal with the issue in a much more permanent way. The Clinton's did not believe in NDAs, they took care of things permanently. If the Monika incident didn't happen in the white house, Monika would never have been able to tell her story.

I'd also assume it's because Trump didn't file charges. But, why would he? It makes her look petty as hell and it was forever ago anyways. Trump already got the best of her anyways when they had to pay Trump's legal fees.

I say good for her, trump plays dirty and so she is too. Who is the better person? The guy who cheats on his wife or the woman who bangs a married man?

I know this is about an NDA, but morally speaking, trump has no pedestal to stand on.

Because then trump would be guilty of paying a prostitute if they could prove she was a prostitute in her interaction with trump.

Bet we could get bill Clinton and Paula jones involved then too....lol

Honestly I think the event happened so long ago that the cops couldnt touch them.

But seriously, presidents have had mistresses forever and people acting all upset about it now is pretty ridiculous.
Rape? Yeah go get em.
Whores? Meh

I think you'll find NDAs are not under any law so cannot be illegal to break a NDA. An NDA is a civil contract between parties and it would fall under civil law if broken ie breaking of contract.

Yea i agree too. As long as people don't pretend Trump is this innocent faithful guy then i really don't care. More important things.

They must of screwed up the NDA and stormy, suprisingly, had better lawyers.

Well, if you're going to run for president, don't bang porn stars whose career / fame will skyrocket for snitching on you..

UMMMM... asitting president getting embroiled in a lawsuit against a porn star?? What legal counsel would advise him to fall into that trap? he would be open to all kinds of discovery. As you can see, they WANT ANYTHING on him. stuff that isnt even related. He knows what hes doing. BTW.... he won $293K from her for attorneys fees after she failed to sue him.... HAHAHAHAH. MAGA

You can admit to killing kennedy...doesn't mean you did it.
You can't arrest people for claiming things, thats not enough evidence to go on, else every rapper out there would be in prison

I thought she did get charged and had to pay money to the Lawyers of Trump, that was one of the reasons she dumped her lawyer MA.. It went away in the MSM due to they could be held liable if they kept pushing the story. Did it happen I am sure it did. Is he a good guy.. please show a politician who is and I will show you one that just started... You can hate him all you want you cannot deny he is the first POTUS we have had that is trying to keep his campaign promises...

Aye as of now it's a civil matter between the two. He has to sue her in court. Though if she's broke, what's the point.

As for the prostitution..... Trump promised to have her on his Apprentice show if she slept with him, according to her. If you consider that prostitution, then you must also consider arresting Trump for solicitation.

Find out who was paying for Michael Avenatti, and you'll know who was allowing her to ignore the NDA with impunity because they'll be protecting her legally.
