Besides the word- Cookie, it sounds like its not a dangerous thing, so it must be a dangerous thing, remember what happened to poor Hanzel and Gertrude

It’s a iPhone 6s it acts like it has gremlins on Wi-Fi sometimes . It didn’t even begin to load ( locked ) so I closed the tab each time .

There are some browsers that cover most of that up for you by inserting somewhat random information, and handling most of it locally in browser. They do break a lot of functionality however.
