NO I am not a Glenn Beck fan but even the unfavored are like busted clocks, they are right half of the time.

Glenn Beck told FNC's Sean Hannity that "radicals, the anarchists, the Islamists, the socialists" have come together to work to destabilize Europe and America in an interview. "If the Republicans don't win in this next election, I think we are officially at the end of the country as we know it," Beck said Monday. "We may not survive even if we win, but we definitely don't if the Republicans lose with Donald Trump."

Moreover, no denying that each side has a track record for their longbow attack strategies. So how real is this getting that people are starting to question what they used to support?

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

That poem "First they came ..." is a poem written by the German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984).

It is about the cowardice of German intellectuals following the Nazis' rise to power and subsequent incremental purging of their chosen targets, group after group. Many variations and adaptations in the spirit of the original have been published in the English language. It deals with themes of persecution, guilt and responsibility.

So why in snips name are the Left acting exactly like those they claim to despise? Serious question. Their attack methods are above and beyond reason. We're talking pure delusion lala land, grass rolling, fist smashing, cry baby delusional leftist behavior here. What happened?

Have you seen the candidates and the nightmare of policies they want to push? Combine that with them now stacking representatives more and more extreme like Omar, Cortez, and Talib, and them wanting to push out the moderates democrats?

Yeah Id say hes probably right.

This would be good. Seems no one likes the state of this country and thus a new state is in order.

If only there were more moderate republicans out there. The only way this country is going to heal is if we can meet each other half way and start working together not against each other.

Probably not. It probably doesn't make much difference like any of the previous presidents.

It's becoming a trend around the world, people tired of being badly ruled by thugs. From the yellow vests in France to Brexit to Ukraine pushing out that corrupt little man Porkoshenko.

Change is good, but under Obama it was devastating.

There is no halfway when it comes to the demands of the left, and in no way should we fold or attempt to pacify them.

Their ideals they are pushing would destroy this country, look what its doing to Seattle and San Francisco, and thats a moderate version of what they want.

No, there shall be no compromise with that crap

Exactly that kind of thinking that made Obamacare a fiasco and is currently doing the same to the wall.

When good Men say nothing, then all is lost, it can always make a difference if people want it bad enough. If the right pushed as hard for America as the left have been been against it, then there's your hope right there.

I'm not even a republican but I'll never claim I'm a Democrat the way the progressives divide the country.

The alt right is universally rejected but progressives are celebrated so yea good luck meeting half way.

It's time for a new coalition party of moderate democrats that will eventually weed out the far left democrats. The new Moose party, after TDR and his craziness, just nothing to do with his policies.
I just want to see a moose as a political party symbol.

The republicans have been working feverishly toward destabilizing this country as well -- they just aren't cognizant of that fact. It is kind of why these extreme opposition factions have been sprouting up everywhere. You can only be a party of stagnation for so long before the people pushing for reform start to go nuts in opposition. And then before too long those lunatics will inevitably start to win out because at least they are pushing for something other than stagnation and self-interest.

If people want to deracinate the radicals then they need to start pressuring the GOP itself to reform toward the moderate center-right and stop favoring their identitarian social conservative faction. Actually come to the table on things like healthcare and the environment or the left-wing whack jobs will have carte blanche in those reforms. A recent study showed that the identitarian right, which the GOP somehow thinks is their base, in actuality only represents about 6% of their voting body -- and has been shrinking by the year.

Meanwhile, there is a growing number of politically homeless centrists and moderates leaving the democrats that have no representation. This is the GOP's opportunity to become the party of evidence and reason and for the first time in my life the intellectual power among between the two parties. All they have to do is come to the realization that the identitarian right did to their party and political legitimacy that the identitarian left is now doing to the democrats.

The GOP thinks they are sitting pretty with Trump in the White House, but the fact of the matter is that Trump - regardless of what you think of him - never would have happened had the GOP held any real influence in the political arena. None of their so-called power players wanted Trump. The DNC hand-picked their candidate for them -- it just so happened to blow back on them because of their own ever-so-increasing ineptitude.

The only thing the GOP has going for them is their willingness to be a slave to big corporations. Except, those big corporations aren't really on their side either. Just look around. The mega-corporations are on the side of the leftist lunatics. They are just using the GOP to play the heel like in the WWE. And like in wrestling, this fight is fixed. The mega-corporations will dispose of the GOP when the leftist radicals take over and the GOP is no longer of use. It's a long-con, folks. And it is long overdue that the voters on right wake up to this. Lord knows the old guard establishment within the GOP won't.

Wow, an interesting post for a change; congrats and S&F!

I don't know if Beck is correct or not. 2020 will be critical with regard to the Senate and if the Repubs can maintain or widen their majority in the Senate then......the POTUS race is really only important vis-a-vis the Supreme Court. If Trump wins then he might get another appointment to the Supremes and that would change the complexion of the future for about maybe 15 years or so.

If Trump loses and the Repubs can keep the Senate then its grid-lock a la the Obama years, which, considering the Clown show the House is, is a good thing.

If the Repubs lose both POTUS and the Senate...........its game, set match for the Dems and if they can manage to dismantle or eviscerate the Electoral College, the Dems will be THE party of the Federal Government, probably for decades much as they've taken the West Coast and the East Coast.

The Catch? Regardless of who wins, there's every possibility that the next Administration will get to steward the remnant of a nation through the next Great Depression and if the Dems are in charge, US citizenship will become mostly worthless. That scenario might well result in the next "hot" Civil War as well although I'm not sure the US population has the stomach for such a thing.

To answer your question:

So why in snips name are the Left acting exactly like those they claim to despise? Serious question. Their attack methods are above and beyond reason. We're talking pure delusion lala land, grass rolling, fist smashing, cry baby delusional leftist behavior here. What happened?

Simple: HRC lost an election in which she won the popular vote. The Leftists refuse to acknowledge the legitimacy of an election decided by the Electoral College and this started with Bush v. Gore. As far as I can tell, the Left has pretty much a "burn the house down" policy; they'll do whatever is necessary to 1) end the Electoral College and 2) seize control of the Federal Government and then 3) disenfranchise the white middle class in fly-over-country.

The US is beyond healing; it needs to be broken up. And I'd guess even the Leftists might agree with that. Its obvious that half the population doesn't want to live in a country in which the other half lives.

Yeah the only thing that is going to fix this country is by :

1. burning the state down to it's foundations.
2. burning political partys down to the ground and BAN them.
3. Burn mass media, and social propaganda outlets to the ground.
4. Burn hollywood, and college and universities to the ground.

And start from scratch.

The status quo is a cancer that is destroying everything.

Busted clocks are not right half the time. Glenn Beck has been saying it's "two minutes to midnight" all day long every day! He's only going to right once a day.
