Yeah but to bring that up would be "RACIST" in the US. The really F'd up thing is that I've heard them withhold reporting race (usually when it's black people) when reporting crimes - when looking for suspects. There may be a shooting and they'll say
"20-25yr old male" when they have the race of the suspect - but reporting it "hurts people feelings" - so the whole community is put in danger because of it.

I don't see why there isn't a brown or some ethnicity box instead of using "white" as the coverall.

Well, when you hear a stastic that says so and so number of blacks are killed by whites every year, most people dont envision puerto rican, el salvadorian, and mexican gang members retaliating for last weeks drive by.

That is exactly the type of thing I was thinking about when I started to do the research. When I was reading the court docket there was a lot of latino gang members who were booked for shootings or murder and they were all listed as white. From there I started digging into the FBI stats and looking at other cities violent crime docket's and found that this issue is systemic.

Any color that you perceive in your brain is just that. What you think you see. There is no black, white or sea foam. These are subjective based on you. If you want to accept those in this world as you see it that is just fine. But don’t sugar coat things to fit your own agenda. Which is fairly clear here.
Also those stats are off if you consider the geographic locations and history of how and why they are like that.

I am saying; except for a few differnces around the eyes and mouth the people in those pictures look exactly like me; we have the exact same skin tone, hair and eye color, same average height and weight ... we each even speak a language other than English ...

Why am I white and they are not white?
