Haven't read enough to really decide, but it seems like he is probably ok since he doesn't seem to have any Clinton interest. I have a feeling that even if he causes a cease fire, that if he is not under someones thumb that he will be ridiculed endlessly.

Most Members of Paliament in the UK at the moment seem to be comedians. However, methinks the voters will have the last laugh.

Once again, at this I think anything is a step up from Poroshenko.

At the same time it is ignorant to ignore the possible warning signs. Zelensky more or less ran his campaign as a fictional character. He never delved in to how he's going to accomplish his platform. He's untried and untested and he really hasn't given any evidence to refute that he knows what he's doing.

I'm happy for Ukraine. Poroshenko wasn't getting the job done. Maybe somebody slightly less beholden to the oligarchs can make a difference.

At the same time Russia is a big bear compared to Ukraine.
