''Income Tax Is Government Theft'' and IRS is a Lawless Thief

Peter Schiff: Abolish Taxes Completely – April 1, 2009

I've always pondered whether the legality of personal taxes was in fact, legal.

Chances are, you’re done with the dirty business this year, or laying low in hopes that you aren’t audited or flat out persecuted. If not, the clock is quickly ticking. But it is worth pointing out once again the many ways in which the federal tax scheme in the United States is illegal. Moreover, the spending by the Federal government and the role of the Federal Reserve in issuing money create overlapping levels of evil that have driven the American people into mere serfs – albeit with cool toys and great TV reception. Former IRS Special Agent Joe Bannister explains to CNBC what he found out about the reality of the tax code:

Of course theft is illegal. Why shouldn't it be?

Which begs that nagging question about Trumps taxes.

No not lol..

In places like Chicago and Michigan, the pot holes are so bad, you see more citizens at the side of the road with broken tires and axle's than you do cars on it. Tax payers pay for this # to get done, and a good majority of the time, it's never dealt with. Wasted Tax Dollars, now repeat that 20 more times to yourself out loud.

What is illegal about it?

You live in a community and use the facilities which cost money to maintenance simple as that! Where do you think that money is coming from?

The tax is calculated on general income, which is your total income after the deductions you're entitled to have been deducted. The amount of tax you must pay will depend on your income. ... Bracket tax is calculated on your personal income and is in addition to income tax, which is paid at the rate of 22 present (2019).

Sooo......

What is illegal about it..?

...roads...

Gasoline taxes.

...water, gas...

These are handled by a utility company's direct billing and not the federal government.

...police, fire, ambulance.

This is covered by your local property taxes.

DMV.

DMV is privatized in my state.

While the premise that income tax is illegal is totally false I do think the Federal Government gets far too much money.

Gasoline taxes pay for roads, local property taxes pay for the rest.

Most of those predate the Federal personal income tax.

What has the DMV done for you that was good? LOL

If you don't like paying taxes you can always immigrate to another country.

The federal income tax doesn't pay for any of those.

Same thing that use to.

The states themselves and issuing bonds like they use to.

We currently pay fees and other taxes for all of those things.

I suspect most of the money from personal income taxes goes to either the Federal Reserve or to pay the interest on the national debt.
