It is possible that a deal has already been made with Assange and any trial will be expressly for the purpose of getting evidence into the legal system.

Spitballing here, what if the Fed has evidence of something, and that evidence was illegally obtained. Maybe a federal whistleblower gave some information obtained by an illegal surveillance to Wiki (just making up a scenario here)

Wiki / Assange has that same evidence, which is known to the Fed.

During an "investigation" or trial, the Fed subpoenas that information from Wiki, and wiki **doesn't object to the subpoena** and turns over the information - that's the key element, not objecting. But Wiki can still object to its source.

Now that information is **legally** subject to disclosure at a trial or as probably cause to start investigating the thing that was illegally surveilled in the first place. And if the evidence goes against some third party, which it must for Assange to play along, too bad, the information has already been legally disclosed pursuant to a legal subpoena.

SUBJECT: Agency Cooperation with Attorney General's Review of Intelligence Activities Relating to the 2016 Presidential Campaigns
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby direct the following:

Section 1. Agency Cooperation.
The Attorney General is currently conducting a review of intelligence activities relating to the campaigns in the 2016 Presidential election and certain related matters.

"Related Matters."

The list above is indeed interesting.

The heads of elements of the intelligence community, as defined in 50 U.S.C. 3003(4), and the heads of each department or agency that includes an element of the intelligence community shall promptly provide such assistance and information as the Attorney General may request in connection with that review.

(4) The term “intelligence community” includes the following:
(A) The Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
(B) The Central Intelligence Agency.
(C) The National Security Agency.
(D) The Defense Intelligence Agency.
(E) The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
(F) The National Reconnaissance Office.
(G) Other offices within the Department of Defense for the collection of specialized national intelligence through reconnaissance programs.
(H) The intelligence elements of the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Marine Corps, the Coast Guard, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Department of Energy.
(I) The Bureau of Intelligence and Research of the Department of State.
(J) The Office of Intelligence and Analysis of the Department of the Treasury.
(K) The Office of Intelligence and Analysis of the Department of Homeland Security.
(L) Such other elements of any department or agency as may be designated by the President, or designated jointly by the Director of National Intelligence and the head of the department or agency concerned, as an element of the intelligence community.

(A) the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; and

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.) had dinner with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, Politico reported Thursday. Feinstein's office said her dinner was "arranged in consultation with the State Department."

The State Department said it had not asked the senior senator from California to attend the dinner. Zarif has served in his post since 2013. He negotiated the Joint Congressional Plan of Action (JCPOA), the Iran nuclear agreement

Feinstein and Pelosi are controlled opposition for sure. Feinstein probably got caught feeding classified info to the Chinese, via her driver who was arrested. Pelosi I'm not so sure about. Maybe something financial, or maybe she ran over someone while drunk.


In both cases, I imagine they'll be allowed to retire in exchange for their cooperation.

He was speaking and appeared alert, telling people near him that he was OK.

Andy, Theresa May was basically told:

"If you don't resign now with a fixed end date then the 1922 backbench committee will vote you out through a no confidence vote - we've jut voted to change the rules so that we can do that!"

Friday morning she was due to meet with the chair of that committee (read ultimatum point) - she resigned before.

I think I finally see the big picture. All these members of Congress going on and on daily about how the American public need to see the full, unredacted report and all the underlying evidence are the same ones now calling Trumps declassification dangerous and an abuse of power, yadda yadda, yadda. All these theatrics for the Mueller report were planned and necessary to make the Democrats look even more foolish and hypocritical to the world.

Well, I don't wish illness on him but he really needs to Watch the Water, as in his water/sugar intake neglect.
Judging by the video he had classic symptoms of dehydration which I'm all too familiar with, personal and in treating others. He needs an IV drip or two.

Have you noticed how many of the DS old guard are in their 70s & 80s? As more heat pours down on them and reality starts taking hold I wonder how many won't make it till end of year, much less to 2020 election period.

DJT on the other hand is still acting like he's in his early 50s. USSS probably had to hire a new batch of young agents to keep up with him. I wonder if he's counting on some of his competition to succumb to health and mental breakdown issues.
