A vaccine researcher in Texas tweeted a map this week that showed an upward trend in vaccine exemptions in the Lone Star State. More and more, parents were opting school-age children out of getting vaccinated. "Calling on our TX elected leaders to say 'NO MAS' and standup for our children!" the researcher, Dr. Peter Hotez, tweeted, imploring lawmakers do away with exemption laws that are leading to an increase in unvaccinated children.
You are bought and paid for by the biggest special interest in politics. Do our state a favor and mind your own business. Parental rights mean more to us than your self enriching "science." #txlege — Jonathan Stickland (@RepStickland) May 7, 2019
Make the case for your sorceryto consumers on your own dime. Like every other business. Quit using the heavy hand of government to make your business profitable through mandates and immunity. It's disgusting. — Jonathan Stickland (@RepStickland) May 7, 2019
c. 1300, "witchcraft, magic, enchantment; act or instance of sorcery; supernatural state of affairs; seemingly magical works," from Old French sorcerie, from sorcier "sorcerer, wizard," from Medieval Latin sortiarius "teller of fortunes by lot; sorcerer," literally "one who influences fate or fortune," from Latin sors (genitive sortis) "lot, fate, fortune"

John Solomon has got something Big and Breaking coming out in about an hour...on Hannity radio show.
I am getting to the point where I just need to be surprised when they have a big story. I don't need to be built up with suspense any more.
This has been an ongoing problem with many conservative outlets and pundits. Quite frankly, everytime I see this I lose respect for the journalist involved.
If you have big news, f#cking drop it. Nobody will miss it if it's big enough.
Announcing that you have an announcement is almost always sure to disappoint. Hannity does it. Levin does it. Thomas Paine/True Pundit does it just about every week.
ENOUGH!
/end rant.
She quoted Steele as saying, “Payments to those recruited are made out of the Russian Consulate in Miami,” according to a copy of her summary memo obtained under open records litigation by the conservative group Citizens United. Kavalec bluntly debunked that assertion in a bracketed comment: “It is important to note that there is no Russian consulate in Miami.”

Yesterday, the U.S. Senate confirmed, by a 54-45 vote, Paul Matey to be a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The Third Circuit has federal appellate jurisdiction for the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. With the confirmation of Matey, the Third Circuit becomes the first of the 13 federal appellate circuits to "flip" control under President Donald Trump from majority Democratic nominees to majority Republican nominees.
Republicans have been allowing the confirmation of appeals court nominees despite the objection of home-state senators, in a change from Senate practice during the Obama administration.

I agree. I'm burned out on the melodramatic theatrics being displayed on both sides. Not to mention all the wanna be 'Q' knock offs on Twitter with their cryptic tweets and hyperbole. Are people really this starved for attention?! Just cut to the chase and give me the god***n facts.
