can someone help me with this stuff about S4

i was re-reading the S4 info on ats and it says site 4 can be seen from many locations at a distance.
but i thought that the whole complex is built into the mountian like Bob Lazar had said(?)
also i heard that there are things where Site 4 is, i thought that there was no real hard evedience that there was even anything outhere besides some sand?
dose anyone have an pic's of the area, because i can't find any and i want to see what is clamed to be out there in easy sight.
