Disclaimer,I say it with the F word instead of using the word hell,but for ats T&C purposes,I'll keep it clean.

After being bombarded with petty bickering,political correctness,emotional and psychological blackmail and everyone stepping on each other for the mighty dollar....all I can think is...why can't people just leave me the hell alone??
If we are going to be ruled by the isms,this is the one I want!!

This is my, not so well thought out, idea.
Leavemethehellaloneism. (substitute hell with the F word)

The leavemethehellalone system will collect a 10% tax on everyone's income (no loopholes),will keep the roads fixed,infrastructure good and will stay out of your lives.
The leavemethehellalone system will leave people the hell alone ,so there will be no wars we need to be a part of and if there is,they will learn to leavemethehellalone....or leaveUSthehellalone because communities will not tolerate war or bullying bull# any longer....if you raise a weapon to another person,you will be fed to the sharks.
If you use lawyers instead to get the same result as a weapon, I have a (not so well thought out) solution to that as well.

YOUR LEADERS

Government will be municipal and based on community and every community will run their own community without federal overlords....there will be no federal government,they will all be trusted locals.
Big brother (we the people) will be watching over leaders,our services and our contractors, watching EVERY penny spent and every move they make,using the same tools they used to use to spy on us.
Anyone caught spying on a private citizen will be fed to the sharks.

A hammer will cost the price of a hammer...not some outragously inflated price in order to get a bigger budget next year, or to hide money.
We know the cost of a hammer and you will be held accountable for stealing.

While they need to leave us the people alone, TRUSTED representatives voted into MINIMAL POWER will NOT be left alone and will live in transparency.
In this transparent world,any shady dealings will be there for all to see,and these people will be more than held accountable, after they work to pay back what they stole or have compromised.
A leader's broken promise will mean looking death in the face and being held accountable.
Any person who attempts to get in the way of our TRUSTED officials promise will be dealt with as well for hindering progress and for treason.

A picture of Mussolini hanging from a lamp post will be hanging on the wall of every leader's bedroom and bathroom as a reminder of what can happen.

SOCIETY

Leavemethehellaloneism takes away some of the power of the politically correct as well.
They will ask "don't you care about____"
If you say "LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!" it won't be frowned on since its the new mindset and system.
The "think of the children" mindset will be minimal....the new mindset is,"think and take care of your own children,since you made the decision to have them and LEAVE ME ALONE"
My caring for your children will be optional as will everything else, without coercion or emotional blackmail.

If someone wants an abortion, get one...anyone who doesn't leave you alone to make your own decisions while telling you how to live....gets fed to the sharks for not leavingothersthehellalone.

Religious doorknockers and door to door salesmen are a thing of the past as well.

Ads.
Society and its vices will not run on ads,sponsors and commercials anymore....word of mouth has worked before and is still alive.
1 book of ads,once a season delivered to every home...after that,leavemethehellalone!!
Every ad will look identical,the only thing different is the product....if the product is garbage, people will be talking about it and the product will fail on its own.
If the ad is false and misleading, the maker of the ad will be fed to the sharks in a show of solidarity for the better of mankind and also...just for being an asshat and screwing with people.
Also,no more junk mail!!

JUSTICE

Quotas for police will be gone,since they will know our society is run on the basic principle of leaving people and property, the hell alone.
No more jaywalking tickets because extra tax money for inflated budgets is no longer needed.(we have established the actual price of hammers)
A guy walking across the street will just be a guy walking across the street being leftthehellalone.

For the ones who can't leave people and property alone,10% taxes from the people,isn't to pay for your bed and your jail cell for you to play cards and lay around....you either pay for yourself or swim with the fish.
Paying for yourself means working in the community fixing roads and whatever needs to be done.
If we can't safely let you out in the community....you get fed to the sharks or sent to rehab island. (read on)

Rehabilitation.
Some people don't need to be thrown to the sharks right away, we will put those on an island alone for a week, first with supplies to exist and time to think, without distraction.
After that, they get any free services they require with compassion and as much help as they need...no limits.

After that, if they still can't live in society, they become shark food or they choose to leave the community forever.

The law is to leave others alone to live in peace (without any BS) so the law will be based off of that.
While being very compassionate, the justice will be just and sometimes harsh.
Thats what no BS means.

Lawyers.
We will have a new "law" to deal with these gobbledygook talkers.
Its called the "obvious douchbag" clause.
This is a system of laws...not a system of justice,for that, justice will be done via you, the public.

Anytime a lawyer gets a guilty person off the hook by way of technicality or loophole.....we invoke the "obvious douchbag" clause.
A headline like "drunk driver kills 3,charges dropped" would NEVER happen again.
You the public would be allowed to intervene under the "obvious douchbag" clause.

Technicalities are for people whose guilt is actually in doubt and is needed for the people who are actually innocent....more justice and less laws to protect the obvious ones, from an obvious conclusion they can't run from.

Drugs and prostitution will be legal.
Pimps will be illegal and although drugs will be legal,TRYING to sell them by coercion will NOT be legal....selling them indifferently from a storefront will be legal. (we got rid of the advertisers already)
PUSHING drugs on people will be illegal. (no coaxing or advertising other than what is in the ad book)

Education is free and it never ends if you don't want it to....if you want to study architecture at age 50,the world is your oyster...have at it.
Teachers will be paid, but will be doing it because thats what they want to do and who they are.
The teacher WANTS to teach and the students WANT to learn.
If the person doesn't want to be there (student or teacher) than don't be...it won't be held against you.

The work week.(I did 0 math)
The work week is exactly that....1 week of hard work and 3 weeks of living your life being leftthehellalone.
If people made a months wages in 1 week and have 3 left to live their lives...good things will happen.
People would start businesses in their free time,work more in the community,have more time with the family and just generally be a lot happier.
They might even get a 2nd job to pass some time?
IMO

Charities will be honest and open and the people who need it will get it...anyone standing in the way of someone in need, will go to rehab island and get the charity and compassion that THEY need.

So this is my childish thought, that we as communities can fix all our problems by not BSing each other with political correctness or hiding behind lawyers and loopholes, being good to each other and having compassion, while still being strong and confident.

So that is my Idiocratic Utopia,its not perfect but if I had to replace this society with a new one...this is what I would choose.

You're free to leave the community with 0 repercussions or collectors on your ass.
You can go live on your own and be left alone with nobody asking anything from you....however, you will not be allowed to ask for anything in return and no man is an island.

I think you're onto something and it does sound like a utopia... But I don't think most would go for it (in the US)... Though a good dose of isolationism and power tilting back towards localities and away from federal government would do everyone some good.

I might be totally pissing on the whole core of your idea here, but just a thought.

10% is low, and I like low... I think if all of government had their ass to the fire they would make it work.

But possibly to alleviate that with the reduction in work time you proposed (which I love) we all could self assign ourselves to one volunteer day a month for the community.

Are you a handy man, go fix some stuff up for a day.... Like to landscaping, get out there and clear some stuff and plant nice things.... Ect.

I think that would also help in our sense of community which in some regards is becoming more disconnected with the rise in technology and instant communication without some face to face time.

It would also keep people vested and feel like they are part of it all.

I live in New Jersey. Our local government is corrupt as can be. Without federal oversight and FBI protections people in New Jersey would be living on the island of the Lord of the Flies.

The federal government is NOT the problem. The federal government is the solution. The corporations and billionaires are just way too powerful. Lobbyists rule this country.

You solution of getting rid of the federal government altogether will just allow organized crime to run local government without any Constitutional rights. I think we should stick to the Constitution we have now.

I can't fight international corporations. Getting rid of federal government would mean we have NO consumer protections or anyone to keep free and open markets. The problem is we have to many cartels and monopolies. Getting rid of federal government is only going to make things worse for the worker making the median wage in this country.
