Http is only 28, while the arpanet was already spanning multiple countries forty years ago.


edit: looks like he founded w3c. So basically coined the term 'world wide web'. Only he did it in October, 25 years ago...?

Uhh, I still use it

Usenet though got stolen by Google groups though

20 years of use out of 28 day trial. Maybe I should send the author a few bucks...

I switched away from mIRC to quassel a few years back.

It has a frontend and backend, so you can leave it connected on a server and connect in from your pc, phone, etc.

Honestly I love the internet , But IMO it's creation is worse then that of a Nuclear bomb and it's probably taken more lives .
