A jaguar attacked a woman taking a picture at a zoo in Arizona

A jaguar attacked a woman at a zoo in Arizona, leaving her with injuries that required medical attention, the fire department said. The attack happened Saturday evening at the Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park, said Shawn Gilleland of the Rural Metro Fire Department. The guest crossed over the barrier to get a photo and was attacked by a female jaguar, the zoo tweeted, citing witness accounts.

Very alarming. Historically these types of attacks come from aggressive cougars.

I just saw this on ABC news.

The woman actually returned to the zoo today, and apologized to the zoo staff. Her actions were clearly stupid, but at least she owned up to it. Most morons would sue the zoo, and demand the destruction of the animal...

This young lady learned an important lesson... her apology to the zoo, gives me a small bit of hope for the future of humanity...
