I need help finding an old story.

Hello ATS, I think this is the right forum for my question.

Few years ago I read a story or watched a video (judge Napolitano maybe) about one of US intelligence agencies bringing people in for questioning and those people were not allowed to tell anyone about it. If I remember correctly there were instances of people basically disappearing for periods of time and their families had no idea what had happened to them.

If anyone knows what im talking about and can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
