The way I see it, if Q was spreading propaganda, he would be playing on negative emotions like fear and anger. He would be knocking us over the head with information using repetition to get us to think or believe a certain way. The same tactics that msm uses. But he actually appears to be doing the exact opposite. Promoting trust and confidence instead of fear. Promoting free think over group think. Allowing people to formulate their own conclusions rather than forcing us to adhere to a specific belief or idea through intimidation. If you see his comms as propaganda, I guess you have a right to your opinion

In 1998 there was an Act passed to declassify C_A records pertaining to Nazi war criminals through an Interagency Working Group. I see the groupthink as well but I believe you are right ---ppl are choosing the hive mind mentality. I don't believe that Q is promoting or projecting the idea of formulating a cult following. That's just a type of behavior that people are used to. Old habits die hard

1. Bob Mueller wrapped up the Trump-Russia Collusion investigation before August 2017.

2. The still secret "Scope" memo Rod Rosenstein issued to Bob Mueller in August 2017, empowered Mueller to focus on getting President Trump charged with "Obstructing Justice".

Don't know about the countdown but my understanding of “LESS THAN 10” refers to the number of people who fully know THE PLAN. Q used that phrase in 7 drops and the most recently as you said for 3306 seems to imply that still only less than 10 know.
Guess that means still a Green light.

I said the definition says it is information used to influence public opinion.

It can have a positive or negative attachment but it isn't always/automatically negative.

This all stems from my post where I said Q could have "crafted the propaganda correctly" to "get the unified public outcry" cherokeetroy mentioned in their post.
