Why is scope #2 classified only to AG/DAG and a select few others (read at terminal only)?

Sabre There was a verbal report by Nunez that Bongino reminded us of on his show. There was a 2nd dossier that is supposed to be worse than the one that is out there. It may have shown up later

By worse, it is implied that it is something to do with how it was acquired.

None of us have seen it yet.

It just occurred to me that this may be what the expanded scope memo is about. Will see if I can find the show and post later.

The United States House Judiciary Committee announced on Sunday that it will request documents from over 60 entities and individuals in a sweeping new investigation into allegations of abuse of power and obstruction of justice by US President Donald Trump.

Yes, I'm with ya on that. Had to run and didn't get a chance to explain.
Assume the bridge has multiple lanes (channels) and not all need to be shutdown and may have one or more for redundancy that act as secure private back channels that they can reroute. One of my jobs in the Navy was to swap out crypto for data comms every 12 to 96 hours depending on the situation and what was going on; this often only took less than 60 seconds and then another 60-120 seconds for all ships/satellites/commands to resync.

I had forgotten about that. I think Devin Nunes is a bigger player in all this than some realize. What was alleged in the Steele dossier was not to nice, what could be worse...Trump had a hit on the hit-master herself maybe?. "expanded scope"..of a sniper rifle?. I hope Nadler and his 60 requests for tomorrow wake up, go outside to smell the roses, trips over a frog and goes in for the header, then spends his morning picking thorns out of face.

I had been thinking some of these long filenames even from several months ago may be connected to Bitcoin, or a hash, Wiki_leaks, hex as Rel suggested, or a MIME content transfer encoding such as Base64.
