The US has done everything it can to cut off Venezuela's ability to support itself. Washington warned New Delhi against buying Venezuelan oil. "Nations and firms that support Maduro's theft of Venezuelan resources will not be forgotten,".

This is basically US thuggery. Calling black white. We cut them off with sanctions confiscate or hold billions from making it back to their country. Then send in a few million in relief that they could have bought themselves with the billions they are owed. This is blatant BS on my countries behalf and it all boils down to the US wants control of their oil.

I know Venezuela already had problems, but everything my country is doing is only making it worse for them.

Agreed.

I’ll disagree. Sanctions are illegal, and an act of war specifically designed to destroy economies. And so is cutting them off from the global market. And socialism has nothing to do with getting rid of markets even in Venezuela, they have plenty markets with food in them.
