R&B is a fraud in most cases. Instead of "making music" which in my opinion should be a man, a pen and his soul translated onto paper. It has turned into what beat can I copy that will make me money.

I did it. I listened to both at the same time. It started out good but I just got annoyed with kanye wet. Then half way through I stopped Ray Charles and tried to listen to kanye s lyrics. He has some good lyric but I don’t like him much as a person and this clouds my judgement. Also I kinda of agree with Sabrechucker but I think this happens in club music too. Although I do get happy memories when I hear an old favourite sampled or remixed into a different track.

Give us some more comparisons please, I like this game.

I just thought it was funny how both songs sound practically identical. In the first one she's giving him money. In the second one she's taking it all away.

Oh god...I have no idea why...but for some reason my dad's been into that kanye west song. Last time I visited we spent a bunch of tine trying to find him an uncensored version.... the youtube one is apparently terrible because it cuts out 'broke niggas'.

We listened to so many remixes and different versions....guh.

Yeah he samples Ray Charles in that song. The Ray Charles lyrics are opposite to the kanye west one.
