That's what I like about you, you are willing to double down on things like this.

I'm the one with faulty reporting......right.

Thanks brohyman

Them guys have been in custody for a couple days.

From what i gathered they kicked in the apt door on 13 and then picked them up from the airport later.

the court of public opinion requires much less evidence than the court of law. I declare Jussie Smollett and his co-conspirators guilty!

So these are the guys arrested... this is what a white supremacists look like these days.

So they know Smollet, have worked with him, have been in his aprtment complex and flew out of the country just after the 'attack'.

Smollett needs to be charged.

Oh dear Jessie...

The two men connected to the alleged staged attack on Empire actor Jussie Smollett were released without charges late Friday due to “new evidence” resulting from their interrogation, the Chicago Police Department announced.

I heard that the two were on camera walking away from the crime scene 45 minutes before something happened. The evidence against them was null.

I wonder if they deserved to have their door kicked in?

Apparently Jussie just lawyered up big time! Hiring a very powerful defense attorney and former federal prosecutor Michael Monico... From what I hear he is a very expensive lawyer.

It is obvious now they did not have enough evidence to charge them. That is a fact so one could assume the cops did not actually have enough legit evidence to kick in their door. They could have questioned them first.

Look at the facts out now. The two guys on video camera except that was 45 minutes before the alleged attack. Maybe the cops are holding back some facts that would justify kicking in the door but i do not see it yet.

The police had no video evidence or physical evidence against the two yet a judge allowed the warrant.

It is all fun and games until it is your door being kicked in based on hearsay.

The reason they were let go is that they rolled on someone:

The news came shortly after 10 p.m. ET in a Twitter message from Tom Ahern, deputy director of news affairs and communications for the police department. “Due to new evidence as a result of today's interrogations, the individuals questioned by police in the #Empire case have now been released without charging and detectives have additional investigative work to complete,” Ahern wrote

source

As a result of them rolling, we have this:

High-profile #Chicago defense attorney Michael Monico let it be known he was representing #JussieSmollett on @RoeConn radio show today. Monico also represents #MichaelCohen. He's considered one of the best defense lawyers in the country.

Yea that is what i heard also.

What i was stating is that if police are gonna kick in your door i would want them to have more reason than what has come to the public so far in this case.

Why would you want to think that. I made my statement clear that i feel they did not have enough evidence to kick in the guys door. that's all. Maybe you have a desire to find a troll?

It was pretty obvious to anyone with basic common sense that this story made no sense from the start. I called this from Day 1. Still waiting on the actual motivation to come out.

Initially, I predicted it was a drug or sex deal gone bad. Now I am starting to think this idiot just wanted some attention. He is known to be suffering from severe TDS already given his social media history.

When it first came out, you had all these buck dancing race hustlers like Talcom X (Shaun King) and the media asking for comments from politicians on this awful "hate crime".

Any bets on if the media will be sticking microphones in the faces of Democrat politicians and leftist celebrities asking their opinions on why Jussie made up this BS? I bet after he confesses, we won't really here sh*t else about this story.

Jussie is an embarrassment. And people like him are why when there is real racism, no one takes it seriously.

if you aren’t trolling, can you explain why you ignore the obvious? They had enough evidence to charge the brothers. They let them go without charging them because they rolled over on jussie.

and then you say “they could have questioned them first” According to who? The FBI and the CPD made the decision to break down the door. According to... you, they should have just questioned them first? You have more information than the FBI and the CPD who have watched hours of CCTV footage from that night snd interviewed witnesses etc etc?

You are either trolling or you are batting way below average. god bless you either way
