That is your speculation. Mine is that the case is very week and they just tried to set jussie up. It is out now that the two brothers made a statement that they were born in the usa and support trump. This has now become political. Now the fbi will be looking at the case and likely the political beliefs of the investigators.

It is pretty clear that after they attacked jussie they took a vacation and did not return until they had their story straight.

Now it has been reported the brothers sent the letter a weak before the attack and the magazine used was found in their home. Yet they try to say jussie set everything up cause no one was paying attention to the letter.

I can see that the two brothers are just trying to cover their tracks and stay out of jail and the police are helping them because POLITICS.

Even on this site when we first heard everyone quickly tried to claim nothing happened then they quickly jumped on the he paid them bandwagon. Just changing their story to fit the day and never giving one once of care to a possible victim. It is pretty sad.

I get that people are fed up with the racism bs and the so called hate crimes and i am too cause a crime is a crime but lets not ignore a victim cause our politicians have their head in their rears and divide us.

Other than the word of two people facing jail time the police have nothing that says jussie set this up. It is a very carefully orchestrated plot by two wanna be actors full of hate. They had they time and the motive to sit around and plan out their current statements and they have admitted to attacking jussie.

The police have made a stand that they want to speak to jussie and then send it to a grand jury. It is a stand off at this point.

I agree the case is not closed though and the police could do some other things but it appears they have sided with the brothers and do not have enough evidence to back up their judgement and are very much ignoring the fact that the two attacked jussie.

If i were the police i would start from the top again and get this right before the feds come in and make them look bad.

It was reported on the news outlets on tv. TMZ and abc and fox are the ones i heard it all at. First it was reported they are convening a jury then they said they want to talk to jussie before that. Jussies lawyers claim he will not talk to police again but his team will remain in contact.

Things may take a turn today but that was the last reports i heard.

I think you're confusing that with me saying that earlier, that's an actual statement and not what I was asking you. I was asking you for an official comment about the CPD somehow recommending he be put before a grand jury. I know you wont have one because that's not what the police do.
